This site, including images, logos, trademarks, text, fonts, data, names, numbers, web addresses, email, projects take-offs are protected under applicable intellectual property and other laws, including without limitation the laws of the United States. We reserve all rights, including those that may not have been stated in "Terms of Use and Privacy Policy". We us the terms "We, Us, and Our" interchangeably to mean this company (Reliable Data Inc)

Subscriptions 

You are not allowed to share your subscriptions with any other entity other than your own company. You are responsible for the confidentiality of information where the takeoffs and other information will be sent to your email. Any takeoffs and estimates that will be shared with other businesses  could result in an up-charge. A subscription will automatically renew if not canceled by written notice prior to the expiration of the current term. Unless the subscription is terminated by either party (Reliable Data or you), you agree for you card to be charged by Reliable Data to the amount agreed upon in the initial subscription agreement. If a payment "bounces" (does not go through) we reserve the right to charge a fee up to the amount that is permitted by law. 

Modification and Discontinuation

We reserve the right at any time to edit, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently this site or any portion of it and/or the information, products and/or services available through this Site (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any  party for any modification, editing, deletion, suspension or discontinuance of this site. 

Use of Materials 

You will not use this cite and its contents in an unlawful manner. You will not impersonate an entity or person. You will not falsely represent an affiliation with a person or entity. You will not use content and data to compete with Reliable Data Inc. You will not try to disrupt or interfere with any information on this site or the website itself. 

Disclaimer 

At Reliable Data Inc. we do our utmost to provide professional and accurate takeoffs and estimates. We use all are programs, tools, equipment, and experience to provide as accurate data as possible. However, by agreeing to have us provide takeoffs and estimates (whether single use or a subscription) you agree Reliable Data Inc. holds no liability as our estimates are sold on "as is" bases.  

Privacy Policy

Reliable Data Inc. safeguards your information and will not disclose your information to other parties without your consent, you will not be contacted on behalf of Reliable Data by a third party. All information that is given to us will be kept confidential. We will only disclose your information if required by law. We might occasionally send promotional emails and/or updates to our policy regarding single use and/or subscription services. It is our goal to make sure that the confidentiality and integrity of information collected by us is protected and to reduce the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access disclosure.
